Handling of personal data
On the 18th of April 2018, the following policy was established for LOAD System AB.
Purpose
We care about your privacy. You should be able to feel safe when you entrust us with your personal information. That is why we have established this policy. It is based on current data protection legislation and clarifies how we work to preserve your rights and your privacy.
The purpose of this policy is for you to know how we process your personal data, what we use it for, who is allowed to use it and under what conditions, and how you can exercise your rights.
Background
We process your personal data primarily to fulfill our obligation to you. Our starting point is not to process more personal data than is needed for our purposes, and we always strive to use the least privacy-sensitive data.
We need your personal information in order to provide you with great service, for example when it comes to following agreements, marketing, follow-up and information. We may also need your personal information to comply with laws.
Guidelines
What personal data do we process?
We only process personal data when we have a legal permission to do so. We do not process personal data other than when needed to fulfill obligations under agreements and laws.
How do we get access to your personal information?
We do not process personal data without legal permission. In cases where consent is required, we collect that from you before we start processing your personal data.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. We will then no longer process your personal data or collect new data about you, provided that it is not necessary to fulfill our obligations under agreements or laws. Keep in mind that revocation of consent may mean that we cannot fulfill the obligations we have in relation to you.
We also gain access to your personal information in the following ways:
- When you provide information to us directly
- When you visit our website, and information is registered
- When we receive information from public registers
- From information we receive when you hire one of our employees
- From information we receive when you register for our courses or seminars
- From information we receive when you sign up for newsletters and other mailings
- From information we receive when you respond to questions and surveys
- From information that we receive when you contact us, apply for employment with us, are employed with us, visit us or otherwise contact us
- From information we receive when we sign agreements
What information do we give you?
When we collect your personal data for the first time, we will inform you about how we have obtained the personal data, what we will use it for, what rights you have under the data protection legislation and how you can exercise those rights.
Is your personal data processed in a secure manner?
We’ve developed routines and working methods for your personal data to be handled in a secure manner. The starting point is that only employees and other persons within the organization who need this personal data to perform their tasks shall have access to them.
In the case of sensitive personal data, we have set up special authorization checks, which means higher protection for your personal data.
Our security systems are developed with your privacy in focus, and to protect – to a very high degree – against intrusion, destruction and other changes that may pose a risk to your privacy.
We have several IT security policies to ensure that your personal information is processed securely.
We do not transfer personal data in cases other than those explicitly stated in this policy.
When do we disclose your personal information?
Our starting point is not to disclose your personal information to third parties if you have not consented to it or if it is not necessary to fulfill our obligations under agreement or law. In cases where we disclose personal data to third parties, we establish confidentiality agreements and ensure that the personal data is processed in a secure manner. There is also a Personal Data Assistant agreement with all suppliers.
Responsibility
LOAD System AB is responsible for personal data, which means that we are responsible for how your personal data is processed and that your rights are safeguarded.
